🧑🌾 From Seed to Leaf: The Cultivation Process
Seedbed Preparation & Transplanting
Farmers prepare special seedbeds using high-quality FCV seeds, followed by transplanting into well-tended fields during the rainy season.Field Management
Through close collaboration with agronomists and extension officers, our farmers ensure best practices in weeding, fertilization, and disease management.Harvesting & Grading
Leaves are harvested progressively, starting from the bottom to the top stalk position — each grade providing a unique blend component.
🔥 The Curing Process: Where the Magic Happens
Once harvested, the tobacco undergoes flue-curing — a specialized process where heat is carefully controlled in curing barns to preserve the bright color and reduce moisture content.
Yellowing: Leaf is conditioned at warm temperatures.
Color Fixation: Heat is gradually increased to lock in the golden hue.
Drying: Final stage to ensure optimal dryness and leaf structure.
🏭 Processing: From Barn to Bale
After curing, the leaves are sorted and packed by grade at local AMCOS centers. They are then transported to our central processing facility, where the following steps take place:
Receiving & Inspection
Tobacco is inspected for moisture, color, and consistency.Threshing & Redrying
The leaf is separated from the stem, redried, and packed under strict quality control standards.Baling & Packaging
Final products are compressed into bales, labeled, and prepared for both local and export markets.
🌍 Sustainability & Traceability
We work directly with farmer groups to promote sustainable agricultural practices and offer full traceability from field to factory. Every bale processed by 3H Tobacco can be traced back to its origin — ensuring transparency and confidence for our buyers.
📦 Export-Ready Quality
